Failed Delivery Procedure of Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd.

If our third party delivery courier arrives at the delivery address on the desired day of delivery and there is no answer / you are not in for whatever reason, you will incur a failed delivery charge of £70 - £80.

The courier will call you on the day and an hour before they deliver the goods as a pre-warning. The vans are tracked and they have handheld devices to take pictures to prove they were at the delivery address on the date of delivery.
