Returns Policy
Returns Procedure of Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd
Our genuine DeLonghi stock are supplied with a full 2 year warranty. If an item you receive from www.rangecookersofcheshire.com is faulty, or becomes faulty during the warranty period, you can return it for a replacement.
A. Returns Policy and Procedure
Providing your product(s) are from our stock, in the original packing and have not been used, you have 28 days from the date you took delivery to return it to us for a refund or replacement.
To return an item, please follow these steps:
A1). Request a Returns Authorisation Number by sending an email to sales@rangecookersofcheshire.com. Enter the subject as “Return Authorisation Request” and include your order number, the item you wish to return and your reason for returning it in the email body text along with the delivery postcode.
A2). Providing your item was ordered from stock, has not been used, and is in its original condition and packaging Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd will issue you with an authorisation number and instructions for sending the return. Please note that a 25% handling charge will be levied where customer error is deemed to be the cause for return.
A3). Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd are not responsible for any loss or damage for items in transit. It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage and ensure your delivery service includes insurance for the full value of the goods. All items remain your responsibility until we have taken delivery of them.
A4). We will not accept the return of items that have been damaged during fitting, or show any signs of being fitted.
A5). Providing all criteria set out in this returns policy is met, once we have received the items, we will either reimburse you for the cost of the item (less any handling charge as applicable) or offer a a like-for-like replacement for the same value.
A6). Refunds can only be issued to the credit card, debit card or bank account used to make the original purchase.
B. Your responsibilities
B1). Missing or damaged items: It is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of the delivery date if your order is missing items or items are damaged. After 48 hours, refunds and replacements will be offered at the sole discretion of the Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd management, and this decision will be final and binding.
B2). Undelivered items: It is your responsibility to inform us within 10 days of the purchase date if you have not received delivery of your order. After 10 days, refunds and replacements will be offered at the sole discretion of the Range Cookers of Cheshire Ltd management, and this decision will be final and binding.
B3). Correct ordering: It is your responsibility to order correctly from www.rangecookersofcheshire.com. If you ordered the wrong item, or more items than you require, this constitutes customer error, and as such a 25% handling charge will be deducted from any refund issued.
C. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order as follows:
C1). Send an email to sales@rangecookersofcheshire.com. Enter the subject as “Order Cancellation Request” and include your order number and optional reason for cancellation in the email body text.
C2). Providing your order only contained items from stock (not a special order or specifically sourced for you) and has not been dispatched, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed within 14 working days.
C3). Refunds can only be issued to the credit card, debit card or bank account used to make the original purchase. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
C4). If you wish to cancel an order that has already been dispatched, this will be treated as a return as a consequence of customer error (as set out above).
D. Product Guarantee
All items purchased from www.rangecookersofcheshire.com are guaranteed against manufacturing fault for 2 years following the invoice date. Items that have been damaged in your care, mishandled, altered or appear to have been fitted incorrectly (attempted or otherwise) will become void of this guarantee.
PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED FOR UNUSED ITEMS ONLY AND WILL INCUR A POSTAGE DEDUCTION. BUYER PAYS RETURN POSTAGE.
